Hub + Pod SignUp Form
Introduction:
PDX Disabled Support builds community and support networks for both disabled people and care workers through a network of hubs and care pods. We aim to form long-lasting relationships with community members committed to the principles of disability justice, anti-racism, abolition and anti-oppression. As a mutual aid project, we encourage disabled people to interact with and contribute to care pods and hubs as they can, noting that this will be different for everyone. If you wish to join, please fill out the mutual aid form below, which will be used to match people both seeking and offering care to community care pods. We will get back to you as soon as possible with next steps.
If you are or know a non-English or Limited English Proficiency speaker, someone who speaks a sign language, or if you need access support and would like to join, email us at caretakerspdx@protonmail.com or call us at (971) 209-2954. We can interpret to/from English, French, Spanish, and Russian. If you or this person does not speak any of these four languages, we will do our best to connect you/them with a person who speaks their language.
